Need RI Blueprint Eco-Estate

Nusa Dua – The developers of the property that is focusing on environmentally friendly (eco-property) stressed the need for standardization prepared blueprint or eco-property development.
“Indonesia needs to have a blueprint for eco-property problem,” said President Director of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk (ELTY), Mr S. Thaib at the Grand Hyatt, Nusa Dua, Bali, Saturday (28/05/2010).
According to Mr, now each developer working on projects that focus on eco-moves on their own property, in the sense that there is no standard about the steps that must exist in the development of environmentally-friendly properties.
“Singapore for example, they have a standard of buildings such as the so-called eco-building properties. We had absolutely no,” he said.
Nevertheless, Indonesia Hiramsyah not advocate cheating blueprint adopted in Singapore. According to him, Singapore’s blueprint prepared on the standard there.
“If in Indonesia, would have a different problem. So of course it can be different blueprints with other countries, even between provinces could be different. But the point is there should be standardized, so clear,” he said.
